Love the fit. It covers the back seat so much better and it gives the dog more space. The surface the dog sits on is a little slippery so I've put a blanket on top.

Took our two Labs on a weekend camping trip with this mattress layered over the hard bottom cover. It kept them super comfortable in the back of our RAV4 and stayed firmly in place the whole time. Was super easy to zip off the cover and throw it in the wash when we got home after all the mud. Highly recommend if you take your dogs on long drives.

Bought this along with the hard seat protector for our German Shepherd who has hip stiffness. The solid base keeps him from sinking into the footwells, and this travel mattress gives his joints the soft cushion he needs. He doesn't struggle to get comfortable anymore on long trips. Great quality fabric too.

We bought the travel mattress to put over our hard-bottom seat cover for a 12 hour drive up north. Our 8 year old Boxer usually pants and paces the whole time, but the foam cushion gave him a soft spot to lay down without losing any of that flat floor space. He stayed calm the entire ride. Fits our Tahoe perfectly and cleans up super easy.

Perfect for our SUV and large Labrador Jack. Secure and easy to install. Jack loves it and so do we. He’s in the river almost daily, and this seat cover protects the backseat beautifully. The hard base is a game changer!! Best product ever!!

Love it! This fits our large Nissan Armada and also perfectly fits our little VW Golf(pictures). The only complaint I have is the “included” seatbelt. Love that it connects with all seatbelt receivers, but the harness clasp doesn’t seem very heavy duty at all…especially for a 95 lb and probably still growing lab puppy. A carabiner type connection would be much better in the unfortunate chance of an accident. Otherwise the cover itself so far is fabulous.

Just bought our second hard bottom seat cover since we got a second vehicle. After looking at other seat covers, though cheaper, don’t have hard bottoms or side covers for the door, i decided to get AutoPaws still. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they’ve improved the product! The clasps are now more finger friendly, and the seat belt comes with bungee section, which fits our large dog better.
The only part I had to repair, and this is after many months of constant use with a large dog (90+lbs), is the bottom fabric. Overall, this is still the best dog car seat cover I’ve found.

Hugo loves the new cover and gets to sprawl out on the back seat instead of the boot of my hatchback. Such a fantastic investment keeps the seat clean from our morning hikes but most of all I know he's safe back there and comfortable. Thanks Autopaws we're truly pleased with this purchase. Our husky, Parker, absolutely loves his new AutoPaws seat cover. He is more confident with the sturdiness of it! He particularly seems to like the mesh that separates the back and front seats. He never used to feel secure enough to stand and put his head forward, between the seats. Now, if he isn’t sticking his head out of the window, he is resting his face on my shoulder as I drive!!
